Refunds

For customer support, please contact us at cookiesupport@eatthecookiecompany.com.

Because our frozen cookie dough is perishable, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.  Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.  Please reach out to cookiesupport@eatthecookiecompany.com to resolve the issue within 7 days of delivery.  Refunds will not be considered after 7 days.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
